Your primary responsibilities include guiding customers through their purchases, building relationships, and participating in store merchandising efforts to ensure a superior shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in finding products

• Deliver award-winning customer service with enthusiasm

• Participate in store promotions and merchandising

• Work with team members to enhance sales and service

• Maintain product knowledge and assist in store maintenance

Requirements:

• Preferred retail experience

• High school diploma or GED required

• Clear criminal record necessary

• Provincial Cannabis Certification required

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
