You will assist with cash transactions, oversee stock maintenance, and engage with customers to elevate their shopping experience. This role involves managing responsibilities effectively even during weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers at the cashier counter
• Manage and prepare orders and necessary paperwork
• Stock small retail items effectively
• Unload and stock larger deliveries of pet supplies
• Follow opening and closing procedures strictly
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or customer service roles
• Working knowledge of POS systems
• Friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Access to reliable transportation and possibly a valid driver’s license
