As a Grocery Associate, you'll report to the Grocery Department Head and play a pivotal role in preparing grocery products for customer selection. Expect to assist shoppers, maintain inventory quality, and keep your work area tidy. Your contributions will ensure customers have the best experience while shopping at T&T Supermarket.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting grocery items
• Maintain product display and inventory quality
• Unpack, label, and organize grocery products
• Ensure cleanliness of the workplace and tools
• Process expired products and manage shrinkage
Requirements:
• Accountability and pleasant disposition
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Relevant experience with grocery products preferred
• Completed secondary education
