As Operations Manager, you play a pivotal role in safeguarding JYSK’s assets while cultivating a strong team culture. Your responsibilities include following loss prevention policies, conducting inventory cycles, and managing store opening and closing procedures. Enhancing company values and customer promises will also be a key aspect of your work, supporting both team development and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement loss prevention and key control policies
• Conduct weekly and full store inventory checks
• Manage weekly inventory ordering and supply
• Ensure compliance with store opening and closing procedures
• Foster a culture of teamwork and customer promise adherence
Requirements:
• 2 years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Flexible with evening and weekend shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Positive, dynamic personality to motivate teams
