Canadian Tire Retail Store Manager

Lead retail execution and customer experience at Canadian Tire as a Store Manager supporting Department Managers on the sales floor. Work includes direct customer contact.
As part of the store’s Management team, you will support Department Managers and report to the General Manager or Associate Dealer. The position focuses on customer satisfaction, retail execution, sales, productivity, profitability, and performance expectations. You will also manage store projects and support policies, safety programs, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a consistent retail floor presence
Foster excellent customer experience across store operations
Achieve sales, productivity, and customer experience targets
Coach Management Team members toward department objectives
Resolve issues while supporting customer and employee satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum three years’ senior retail execution and operations experience
Knowledge of retail and financial principles
Understanding of market trends and retail competition
Ability to operate point of sale and inventory systems
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Bring retail leadership, customer focus, communication, and organizational skills to Canadian Tire store operations and performance.
