Lead receiving operations at Walmart in Kenora by coordinating associates, unloading trailers, and moving merchandise safely to the sales floor.
This Department Manager directs CAP 2 Associates and plans work around workload and operational functions. The position covers receiving, merchandise flow, stocking, product protection, and overstock binning. It also includes maintaining the cold chain for refrigerated and frozen receiving while supporting a safe, clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate associates completing receiving and merchandise flow tasks
- Prepare and reset the Receiving Area
- Unload and sort general merchandise trailers
- Pull pallets to the sales floor for processing
- Maintain cold chain for refrigerated and frozen receiving
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to follow Company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to delegate tasks and follow up
- Ability to train, coach, and provide associate feedback
- Ability to provide direction to CAP 2 Associates
Support Walmart’s Kenora merchandise flow through team leadership, trailer unloading, receiving coordination, and safe sales floor replenishment.
