Walmart Cartpusher Customer Service Associate

Support safe shopping at Walmart in Thunder Bay through cart collection, customer assistance, and accurate store service operations. This role offers varied shifts.

As a Stockperson / Cart pusher, you collect carts, respond to register and Customer Service requests, and help maintain welcoming store operations. You assist with carry outs and carry ins, verify receipts when required, complete logs, and perform occasional cleaning and maintenance. The work supports retail, teamwork, and customer service skills.

• Collect carts from corrals, parking areas, and store perimeter
• Return carts using Walmart approved procedures and complete logs
• Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins
• Respond to register and Customer Service requests promptly
• Verify receipts when required for proof of purchase

• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift supplies up to 20 pounds
• Ability to occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds
• Use of steel toe footwear and reflective vest
• Completion of required equipment inspections before use
