Serve bakery customers at Loblaws through accurate product scanning, labeling, and knowledgeable service. Support an in-store experience built around personal connection.
As a Baker, you will provide customer service while taking orders, answering questions, and sharing bakery knowledge. You will maintain displays, organize the department, and carry out company-directed promotions and programs. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to bakery shoppers
- Take orders and accurately label products
- Accurately scan products during customer purchases
- Maintain product displays and organized department areas
- Carry out company-directed promotions and programs
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Attention to detail and strong teamwork
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility for days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
