Build retail sales experience at Wine Rack #095 on Hunt Club Road, serving Ottawa customers through engaging service and merchandising.
As a Sales Associate, you will help customers discover Arterra’s award winning wines in a store environment. The position emphasizes customer interaction, point-of-sale transactions, and replenishment. Wine Rack provides wine education training, tastings, and training and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed shift targets through customer service
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Complete merchandising and replenishment tasks
- Receive shipments for store operations
- Engage customers during wine education and tastings
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
- Enjoy working in a fun, team environment
- High School or equivalent education required
- Smart Serve Certification required
- Stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 21 kilograms
Support Wine Rack retail sales with customer engagement, point-of-sale expertise, and product replenishment at the Ottawa store.
