As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will represent New Balance positively in retail stores. Use selling techniques, verbal communication, cash register functions, and fitting skills to assist customers. The position also includes maintaining merchandise presentation and following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and understand their product needs
- Educate shoppers on product features and benefits
- Measure and fit customers with appropriate New Balance products
- Maintain neat, organized, and well-stocked sales floors
- Process sales using suggestive and multiple selling techniques
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with cash register functions
- Ability to quickly perform basic math
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and climb as required
