This Sales Associate role focuses on customer engagement, sales growth, and operational excellence across key store areas. You will use the POS system, shipping transactions, marketing tools, and available selling techniques. You will also support merchandising, signage, planograms, stocking, and store standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and strengthen customer engagement
• Drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies areas
• Handle POS and shipping transactions using marketing tools
• Support merchandising, signage, planograms, and stocking standards
• Maintain clean, safe, functional store and demo environments

• Three months to one year of prior retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Ability to de-escalate complex customer situations calmly
• Ability to uphold Health and Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies
