Key Responsibilities:- Lead planning assessments and end-to-end transformations
- Design retail planning processes
- Guide planning-system implementations
- Manage senior stakeholders and drive change adoption
- Improve forecasting, inventory, service, and margin performance
- Six-plus years of retail planning experience
- Experience across merchandise, assortment, space, demand, allocation, replenishment, or pricing planning
- Hands-on implementation experience with RELEX, Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail, SAP, or comparable solutions
- Strong retail or consumer-products expertise
- Client leadership and change-management experience
