As a Management in Training Associate, you will learn store operations while supporting efficiency, customer expectations, and sales performance. You will develop skills in product assistance, complaint resolution, performance tracking, scheduling, payroll administration, inventory, and visual merchandising. Coaching and team support are also central to the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service on cash and selling floors
- Track performance metrics and share results with teams
- Create schedules and complete payroll administration tasks
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records
- Train, mentor, and support team members
- Proven sales experience, preferably within retail
- Passion for sales and fashion
- Excellent French and English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Develop customer service, sales, operations, and coaching expertise while progressing toward management at Browns Shoes.
