Support customers at 103A-50 Rideau Street in Ottawa with POS operation and stock replenishment. This on-site LCBO role offers fixed-term holiday retail work.
The LCBO is seeking a Holiday Customer Service Representative for its Ottawa retail store. You will report to the Store Manager while serving shoppers, maintaining merchandise, and supporting store campaigns. Paid online training introduces the world of wine, beer, cider, and spirits while strengthening customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer experiences at the retail store
- Operate the POS/Cash system promptly and responsibly
- Receive inventory and replenish stock as needed
- Face-up products and maintain organized shelves
- Support donation and survey campaigns in store
- Availability Fridays from 5:00 p.m. until close
- Weekend availability for four-to-eight-hour shifts
- Holiday availability on December 25, 26, and 31
- Valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit
- Bilingual English and French is a bonus
