Lead customer engagement at Sport Chek through active selling and strong communication in an on-location retail environment. Support teams and store operations daily.
As an intermediate Advisor Lead, you will engage customers and employees with a positive, helpful attitude. You will support store management through shift oversight, staff supervision, coaching, and daily planning. Your work helps maintain department standards and support sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Model active selling behaviors and techniques for store team members
- Supervise visual merchandising, pricing, restocking, and seasonal changeover
- Provide mentorship and coaching to part time team members
- Help ensure daily store sales goals are met
- Manage store operations when management is absent
- Six or more months of retail experience
- Ability to build and manage daily department plans
- Previous employee training and mentoring experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for active, healthy living
