As a retail hardgoods manager, you will serve as an ambassador for the customer experience and Sport Chek brand. You will mentor employees, communicate skills through team sessions, and provide support for improvement. Daily department planning connects leadership with sales execution.

- Proven retail management experience
- Minimum two years in retail
