• Direct customers to open registers and assisted checkouts
• Greet, engage, and thank customers during transactions
• Suggest products and services meeting customer needs
• Promote Credit, Extended Warranty, Tool Rental, and Pro Services
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and shrink mitigation processes

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of retail or cash experience preferred
• Effective communication and customer focus
• Interpersonal skills and cash-handling experience
• Availability for flexible evening and weekend schedules
