Field Merchandising Sales Representative

Represent ASSA ABLOY in the field across remote Ontario, combining store execution, product training, and sales target management. Travel up to ninety percent.
This Sales Representative services national retail accounts within an established territory. You will execute planograms, resets, fixture installations, inventory reconciliation, and promotional activities. You will also develop store relationships, support consumer purchases, and communicate account, product, and territory information to management.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute monthly work-plan strategies at store level
- Install fixtures and complete resets, retrofits, and store sets
- Maximize market share and achieve forecasted sales targets
- Manage third-party merchandiser reporting, training, and performance
- Track store execution and promotional sell-through
- Previous sales or retail experience, including merchandising, is an asset
- Strong business acumen and consultative sales approach
- Customer-centric relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to forty pounds repeatedly
