Arc’teryx Customer Experience Advisor

Help Arc’teryx guests discover the right gear through authentic recommendations and problem solving. Work part-time on the retail floor with product-focused expertise.

This Product Guide role combines customer service, brand representation, merchandising feedback, and store operations. You will support leadership projects, develop your outdoor passions, and help deliver a best-in-class experience. The position requires accountability, flexibility, collaboration, and availability across specified weekend, opening, and closing shifts.

• Deliver best-in-class experiences through knowledgeable guest support
• Provide merchandising feedback to help drive sales
• Participate in assigned store tasks and brand initiatives
• Develop personal and professional passions with team support
• Oversee deliverables described in Product Guide responsibilities

• Minimum six-hour weekday opening and closing availability windows
