As an Overnight Lead Department Manager, you support overnight associates and help maintain stocking and operational goals. You assess merchandise presentation, execute display changes, manage claims procedures, and oversee safety and security. Training overnight associates is also part of the work.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support overnight stocking operations
- Assess merchandise presentation and identify store appearance deficiencies
- Execute merchandising and display changes as required
- Transfer defective merchandise to the claims room
- Train overnight associates to support productivity and performance
- Be at least 18 years old
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Manage overnight hours and maintain focus
- Lift inventory, equipment, or supplies up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Perform repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing tasks
