Drive retail sales for ASSA ABLOY Residential Canada through merchandising, product promotion, and consumer consultations across an assigned territory. Travel up to 90% throughout the region.
This Sales Representative services national retail accounts while maintaining store presentation standards and supporting forecasted sales targets. The position combines merchandising, consultative selling, product training, and relationship building with store decision makers. It also includes tracking execution, resolving order issues, and supporting promotional events.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute monthly work plan strategies at store level
- Install fixtures, displays, planograms, and point-of-purchase materials
- Assist consumers with product selection and purchases
- Train store personnel on ASSA ABLOY products
- Maintain customer relationships and complete store reporting
- Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of sales or retail experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and travel extensively
