Lead retail fashion operations at Reitmans while coaching teams and delivering customer-focused service on the sales floor every day.
As Team Lead, you will collaborate with management to support store performance, daily operations, merchandising, and customer experience. You will guide associates through training, constructive feedback, and clear communication. The role combines hands-on leadership with scheduling, cash management, loss prevention, and visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to sales goals and company performance indicators
- Support opening, closing, scheduling, cash management, and reports
- Maintain merchandising standards and welcoming visual presentation
- Coach associates through training and constructive feedback
- Resolve customer concerns while leading on the sales floor
- Six months leadership experience in retail or customer-focused environments
- Ability to motivate, support, and guide teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow
- Fashion sense, POS proficiency, and flexible evening availability
