- Client Account Management:
Manage and cultivate relationships with existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and maximize long‑term business potential. - Business Development:
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the industrial and commercial HVAC market. - Client Engagement:
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to understand needs, promote solutions, and act as a key point of contact. - Proposal Development:
Prepare, present, and negotiate competitive quotes and technical proposals aligned with client requirements and company capabilities. - Sales Coordination:
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful project execution. - Market Intelligence:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools. - Technical Consultation:
Utilize general knowledge of mechanical systems and construction practices to provide preliminary technical advice to clients.
- Relevant
Experience:
Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related technical trade. - Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical practices, and general construction procedures. - Licenses/Certifications:
Valid driver’s license (Required). Relevant trade licenses or small project management experience (An asset). - Bilingual (French and English):
Spoken and written proficiency in French and English (An asset). - Personal Qualities:
Highly self‑motivated
, results‑driven, strong sense of urgency, and excellent time management skills. - Communication
Skills:
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client relationships. - Software Proficiency:
