You will be responsible for:

Under the supervision of the Sales Director, you will be in charge of existing accounts and the strategy that will enable you to meet and exceed established objectives.

Retention of existing customers (installers, door manufacturers, glaziers, etc.)

Development of new customers (min 40%).

Manage and develop the sales performance of customers within the territory.

Provide training sessions for customers to ensure their level of product knowledge

Market analysis and implementation of growth strategy.

Skills and qualifications :

DEC

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role

Have relevant experience in construction and / or hardware

Be independent, self-motivated and have proven abilities of performance and results
