We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented leader to join our professional team as an Outside Sales Representative for our Pump and Power Division, based out of Aldergrove, BC.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect new business opportunities at construction jobsites and offices to drive rental revenuesEstablish relationships with new clients through cold calling and following up on leadsIdentify and analyze customers’ pump and power needs, and present appropriate pump or electrical system designs and equipment solutionsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targetsParticipate in trade shows, training workshops, and networking eventsLog details of customer interactions in the CRM system and complete all other required documentation in an accurate and timely fashionDevelop a strong understanding of market conditions and competitor pricingCollaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and technical support throughout all stages of the rental cycleWhat You’ll Bring to the Team
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in an outside sales rolePump and/or power knowledge is a definite assetGrade 12 diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary diploma would be an asset but is not requiredValid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstractHighly driven for results with a customer and team-oriented mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties at all levels of the organization in a professional mannerSelf-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as with a teamExcellent time management and organizational skills, and strong attention to detailStrong negotiation skills and the ability to problem-solve effectivelyPassion for sales and customer service and a desire to learn and develop in the pump and power industryComfortable with computersWant to learn more about this as well as other opportunities at Cooper?
