Position: Account Executive ( School Relations Rep)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Establish and maintain relationships with state, district, school, and community leaders
  • Conduct product or service demonstrations using strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales goals through effective business strategies
  • Stay informed on PreK-12 markets and industry trends to enhance product knowledge
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting with daily CRM updates, preferably using Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a similar field (work experience may substitute for a degree)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational technology
  • Strong leadership and people skills for effective demonstrations and relationship building
  • Ability to identify problems and devise innovative solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Knowledge of PreK-12 educational markets and trends
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment
  • Familiarity with educational technology products and services
  • Passion for education and commitment to improving literacy outcomes
