Reporting directly to the Head of Ticket Sales, this full-time role involves executing sales strategies aimed at growing the fan base for the Ottawa REDBLACKS and Ottawa 67’s. You will actively manage existing accounts and ensure exceptional customer service. Candidates should be proactive and organized, ready to handle various sales channels to maximize fan engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive ticket sales through targeted plans
• Enhance the experience of season seat members
• Grow business with referrals and upgrades
• Utilize digital and traditional sales techniques
• Support ticket sales initiatives at events
Requirements:
• Degree in Sports Business Management is beneficial
• 0-2 years in sales or account management
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• CRM experience, especially with Salesforce
