Position: Outreach and Client Engagement Role
Make a difference at Bio Talent Canada as an Outreach and Client Engagement Representative. This role is key in developing connections and managing client relationships in the bioscience sector.

You will research, prospect, and engage industry leaders while responding to inquiries about Bio Talent Canada’s initiatives. Using your 2+ years of outreach marketing experience, you will foster strong employer connections and prioritize approaches that drive results. Your collaborative spirit will help support the team’s project deliverables and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify and qualify leads

• Answer inbound inquiries related to various programs

• Develop and maintain strong employer relationships

• Utilize CRM systems to report outreach activity

• Work with teams on various project objectives

Requirements:

• 2 years of inside sales or outreach experience

• Proficient in using CRM and digital tools

• Strong active listening and presentation skills

• Commitment to excellent client service

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
