Senior Proposal Specialist - Federal Focus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead intricate RFP and proposal planning processes

• Develop strategic win propositions and conduct analysis

• Facilitate Go/No-Go opportunity discussions

• Organize and lead kickoff and review meetings

• Ensure cohesive messaging across all submissions

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in proposal or pursuit-oriented roles

• Proven success in complex RFP responses

• Exceptional communication and influence skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and content tools

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
