Key Responsibilities- Identify client requirements and match them with appropriate products or services
- Present product benefits effectively to potential and existing customers
- Discuss prices, terms, and conditions while ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Foster positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new customers through referrals, cold calling, or networking
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Stay informed about competitors' offerings, pricing, and trends
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Prepare sales reports and monitor individual performance
Skills & Qualifications
- Communication:
