Summary
The Counter Manager represents the brand in-store and delivers a personalized client experience. This permanent, full-time role is based at Shoppers Drug Mart in Kanata Signature Centre and focuses on sales growth, client service, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities- Generate sales while providing superior client service and responding to customer needs.
- Offer consultations and exceptional care to customers.
- Achieve annual sales goals for the Fragrance and Beauty account.
- Grow the customer base and build lasting client relationships.
- Develop strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
- Demonstrate courtesy, sincerity, and interest in customers.
- Use effective selling skills to identify and respond to customer needs.
- Be motivated by delivering a luxury client experience and achieving sales plans.
