We are hiring an Associate Insurance Agent.

This is for a full-time, in-office position located in Ottawa, featuring a
stable base salary plus uncapped commission.

• Prospect and connect with new clients to understand Commercial insurance needs.
• Present clear insurance quotes and tailored policy options.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, to retain existing clients.
• Guide clients smoothly through policy updates and coverage changes.
• Network to generate new business leads.

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Previous sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.
• Valid Ontario OTL or RIBO insurance license or readiness to study and pass the exam..
• Confident salesperson who enjoys direct, in-person client interaction.
