Broker Link is seeking a motivated individual for a Permanent Full-Time role in Ottawa. This position emphasizes customer service excellence and sales growth, managing a book of commercial business while developing strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line sales for commercial insurance accounts
• Advise clients on coverage and options
• Retain and grow a commercial book of business
• Generate new business through cold calling and referrals
• Work independently under Commercial Insurance Manager supervision
Requirements:
• Prior Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
• Ability to obtain General Insurance License Level I or II
• Strong sales acumen with customer focus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
