Sales Representative

Adecco is currently recruiting on behalf of RPM Commercial Solutions for a full-time Sales Representative for an onsite opportunity in Ottawa, ON. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, introduce home improvement services, and schedule free attic assessments. You will not be responsible for inspections or installations. Your focus is generating interest and booking appointments.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start or grow a career in sales. No previous sales experience is required. Comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and daily support are provided to help you succeed.

• Pay Rate: $55,000 - $75,000 | Commission-based | Depending on performance

• Location: Ottawa, ON | 100% on-site

• Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

• Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach.

• Introduce attic insulation and attic mold treatment services.

• Educate homeowners on energy savings, comfort, and home protection benefits.

• Schedule free professional attic assessments with qualified homeowners.

• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

Team & Field Activities

• Meet at the office each morning for daily planning and coaching.

• Travel with team members to assigned neighborhoods.

• Work closely with managers and mentors to achieve goals.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
Required

• Professional fluency in spoken and written English

• Excellent communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills

• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and meeting new people.

• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment

• Available to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Preferred

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience

• Experience using CRM software to manage leads and document activities

• Strong ability to build relationships and drive results through phone interactions
