Drive pharmaceutical sales in Ottawa through needs-based selling, territory planning, and strong customer relationships. This role serves a designated geographic territory.
As a Sales Representative, you will contact assigned customer accounts and sell pharmaceutical products. You will pursue territory targets, develop new business, troubleshoot key markets, and manage complex product lines. Success requires product-message mastery, business planning, and adaptable communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact assigned accounts within the designated geographic territory
- Deliver product messages across varied selling situations
- Position products against established customer needs
- Develop customer plans and effective business plans
- Analyze territory data to identify business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Sciences
- Three to five years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy, public speaking, and organization skills
- Ability to discuss matters within a scientific context
