Lead used vehicle sales at 417 Nissan in Ottawa with sales planning, team leadership, and client experience accountability. This is a full-time opportunity.
As Used Car Manager, you will execute short-, medium-, and long-term pre-owned sales objectives. You will develop sales plans, monitor team performance metrics, and support dealership growth. The role also involves marketing initiatives, iLead conversion, financial results, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute established pre-owned vehicle sales objectives
- Develop sales plans supporting monthly and annual goals
- Monitor sales and customer experience performance metrics
- Convert iLeads into successful sales
- Curate exceptional client experiences and dealership relationships
- Three to five years automotive dealership sales management experience
- Experience in a leadership role
- Understanding of dealership accounting, budgeting, and expense management
- Excellent people management, coaching, and supervisory skills
- CRM or automotive software experience considered an asset
