Lead pre-owned vehicle sales at 417 Nissan in Ottawa, using dealership leadership and performance metrics to drive team results.
As Used Car Manager, you will execute sales objectives, develop sales plans, and strengthen client relationships. This full-time role requires automotive dealership sales management experience, people leadership, and strong communication. You will monitor sales and customer experience metrics while supporting growth, compliance, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute short, medium, and long-term pre-owned sales objectives
- Develop team sales plans supporting monthly and annual goals
- Convert iLeads into sales and monitor performance metrics
- Build client relationships and curate exceptional experiences
- Champion safety standards, policies, and compliance requirements
- Three to five years automotive dealership sales management experience
- Experience in a leadership role
- Strong people management, coaching, and supervisory skills
- Understanding of dealership accounting, budgeting, and expense management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
