Help Ottawa members reach health goals as a Fitness Advisor using sales skills, relationship building, and fitness expertise. This is a full time club-based opportunity.
Good Life Fitness seeks a Fitness Advisor for its Ottawa Queen and Bank location. You will recruit new members, understand their goals, and recommend suitable ways to support success. The role combines pipeline development, club tours, service recommendations, and consistent follow-up with members.
Key Responsibilities:- Build a potential member pipeline using Good Life tools
- Tour prospective members through the club
- Educate visitors about health and fitness support
- Create success plans using appropriate Good Life services
- Maintain relationships through consistent member follow-up
- Experience in sales
- Strong self-motivation and resilience within sales
- Ability to connect with diverse people
- Passion for helping others and personal fitness
- Excellent time management skills
Use sales, fitness knowledge, and member relationships to help Ottawa clients pursue meaningful health and fitness goals.
