Build wholesale business expertise at EMCO Corporation through warehouse operations, customer service, and procurement training across a multi phased program.
As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will learn every aspect of EMCO Corporation's business. Phases cover shipping and receiving, proactive sales, account management, procurement, project management, and business development. The program focuses on customer problem solving, relationship building, and strong customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Learn warehouse procedures, shipping, and receiving
- Provide customer service through the trade counter
- Build relationships with customers and vendors
- Master project management and procurement
- Expand the customer base through business development
- College and/or university degree
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships
