Enterprise Sales Leadership Director

Lead enterprise sales growth through team development, executive engagement, and consultative selling in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Guide Account Executives toward stronger results.

This Sales Leader manages and develops Account Executives while shaping customer engagement and sales execution. The position requires sales coaching, forecasting, demand generation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will influence enterprise customers, support significant client issues, and develop corporate relationships.

• Manage and develop a team of Account Executives
• Lead client, prospect, and C-level enterprise meetings
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach sales team members
• Report sales activity and forecasts to senior management
• Develop campaigns and lead demand generation activities

• Two-plus years leading seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
• Proven experience leading Account Executives
• Consultative selling experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
