This position emphasizes customer service, department knowledge, and whole-project education. You will promote Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services, and other available offerings while following Home Depot’s GET Model.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet, engage, and thank customers throughout the department
- Ask open-ended questions to understand projects and expertise
- Recommend products, services, and related project items
- Maintain signed, displayed, and clean merchandise daily
- Follow safety and Loss Prevention procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and customer-focused approach
- Interpersonal skills for customer interactions
- Retail or trade experience is an asset
- Availability for flexible evening and weekend schedules
