Healthcare Business Development Director

Drive Healthcare business development for Colliers Project Leaders with consultative sales, competitive pursuits, and strategic client engagement. Local travel is required.

This Sector Director will translate market intelligence and client priorities into regional growth strategies and actionable sales plans. The position requires strong Healthcare knowledge, including procurement environments, financial risks, and capital project challenges. You will advise leaders, support pursuits, and expand sector capabilities across the organization.

• Develop and implement Healthcare sector business plans
• Translate trends and emerging opportunities into growth priorities
• Support discovery, prospecting, proposals, and competitive pursuits
• Coach practitioners on sales strategies and account management
• Establish thought leadership through industry engagement and speaking

• Five years’ sales or business development experience required
• Ten years’ Healthcare practitioner, leader, or advisor experience preferred
• Professional Healthcare industry credentials considered an asset
• Established regional Healthcare contacts and industry association involvement
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
