Drive enterprise revenue for DistillerSR from Canada remotely or in hybrid Ottawa, using strategic prospecting and complex deal leadership. Target high-value accounts across healthcare markets.
Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, this Director generates net new customer acquisition and strategic expansion. You will sell to medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies while building relationships across enterprise accounts. The work combines account strategy, pipeline development, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual net new ARR targets
- Lead complex enterprise deals from prospecting through close
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and disciplined pipeline management
- Expand existing customer relationships and resolve escalations
- Direct internal stakeholders throughout enterprise pursuits
- 8+ years of enterprise business development experience
- Experience selling to medical device or pharmaceutical companies
- Record of meeting or exceeding complex enterprise targets
- Excellent client-facing, written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and strategic thinking
