Drive personal lines insurance sales remotely with Ratehub Inc., using customer insight and closing skills to deliver tailored coverage recommendations. Work fully remotely.
As an Experienced Personal Lines Sales Broker, you will manage leads, provide timely quotes, and generate new business. You will support RH Insurance, Ratehub’s growing insurance brokerage, by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate coverages. The position reports to the Personal Line Sales Broker, Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage leads and provide timely quotes to prospective clients
- Generate new business through networks and assigned leads
- Build trust and understand customer needs quickly
- Cross sell and upsell to drive customer value
- Explain coverages according to individual customer needs
- Alberta Level 2 General License required
- Minimum one year personal lines insurance sales experience
- Proven record of achieving high sales numbers
- Strong closing and sales target performance
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
