Sell scientific products and services through consultative conversations for Thermo Fisher Scientific, working onsite Monday through Friday in Ottawa, Ontario. Connect customer needs with solutions.
As an Inside Sales Representative II, you will serve academic, biotech, pharma, clinical, and industrial markets. Your work combines relationship building, product knowledge, and digital selling. You will also collaborate across functions while pursuing sales targets and managing customer information within CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand customer needs through consultative selling
- Provide optimal scientific product and service solutions
- Execute strategic plans supporting sales targets
- Partner with cross-functional teams on business goals
- Maintain customer relationships using CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in biology, chemistry, or life sciences
- Two years of sales or research experience
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an asset
