Drive freight forwarding customer success at Descartes through platform adoption, account growth, and trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own Box Top customer accounts and help them realize measurable platform value. You will increase adoption, support retention and expansion, and apply freight forwarding expertise to customer challenges. Your work combines consultative selling, relationship building, technical aptitude, and commercial data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and grow a portfolio of Box Top customer accounts
- Identify retention risks and account expansion opportunities
- Help customers implement best practices and solve operational problems
- Conduct business reviews and analyze customer data
- Build trusted operational, management, and executive relationships
- Three or more years in customer-facing experience
- Freight forwarding office operations and process knowledge
- Strong commercial, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills
- Technical aptitude for customer configurations and practical solutions
- Experience retaining and growing accounts preferred
