B2B IT Services Account Manager

Drive B2B sales growth at TEKsystems by managing customer accounts, developing prospects, and presenting IT staffing and services solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, this Account Manager handles every stage of the sales process. The work includes account development, customer relationship management, prospect meetings, proposals, and coordination with Delivery. Salesforce, Hoovers, IT industry knowledge, and strong communication skills support customer-focused sales execution.

• Increase sales and market share through assigned and new accounts
• Manage customer relationships using Salesforce and Hoovers
• Meet prospects to understand needs and hiring cycles
• Prepare and present effective customer sales proposals
• Partner with Delivery on client needs and candidate feedback

• Two or more years of successful B2B outside sales
• Track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Experience in staff augmentation or service-oriented sales preferred
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
• Sense of urgency, professionalism, character, and desire to learn
