Position Summary
The Junior Integrity Assurance (IA) Auditor plays a critical hands-on role in supporting secure manufacturing operations. This entry-level position performs daily integrity, reconciliation, custody, and documentation tasks essential to meeting contractual, regulatory, and audit obligations. Working within restricted environments and handling sensitive production materials, the Junior IA Auditor ensures that mandatory controls are completed accurately and on time to keep production flowing and maintain customer trust.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a disciplined approach to following procedures, sound documentation practices, and the ability to learn complex workflows in a tightly controlled security environment.
Key Responsibilities
Secure Asset, Plate Vault & Custody Support
- Perform daily plate vault transactions at RR and GS facilities, including sign-in/out, custody confirmation, segregation, and secure storage.
- Maintain accurate custody logs and secure material tracking documentation in accordance with IA procedures.
Core Integrity Assurance Activities
- Conduct routine integrity checks across secure production and storage areas.
- Perform preliminary investigations into minor discrepancies and prepare evidence for escalation.
Reconciliation & Discrepancy Support
- Support substrate reconciliation efforts by gathering data, recording results, and completing assigned reconciliation steps.
- Help resolve daily balancing discrepancies by identifying mismatches, collecting evidence, and preparing discrepancy summaries.
Operational Reporting & Systems Activities
- Assist with secure materials consumption reports; ensure usage data is accurately compiled.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Fluent in English (speak, read, write).
- Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret security clearance.
- College diploma (any field acceptable).
- Basic computer literacy.
- 1 year of professional experience in any of the following environments: manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, quality control, reconciliation, security, compliance.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Able to lift/carry up to 45 lbs.
- Able to work in confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications
- College diploma in Business Administration, Criminology/Security, Quality/Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of any of the following:
- Auditing
- Compliance
- Data analysis
- ISO 14298
- 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, quality control, compliance, auditing or administrative capacity.
