• Physical Security Specifics
  :
  For physical security roles, tasks might include assisting with asset management tracking.
• Inventory
  :
  Itemizing documents and creating a naming & control system.
• Monitoring and Analysis
  :
  Monitoring security systems, logs, to detect potential threats or unauthorized access attempts.
• Risk and Vulnerability Assessment
  :
  Conducting vulnerability assessments of applications or networks, and helping implement controls to mitigate risks.
• Policy and Compliance
  :
  Assisting in the development, review, testing and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Project Support
  :
  Collaborating on security-related projects, which may involve implementing new security tools, designing solutions, or managing project coordination tasks.
• Reporting and Documentation
  :
  Collecting security metrics, preparing reports and maintaining documentation related to security assets and processes.

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• SharePoint experience considered an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
