Job Description:Liaison between the client and Paladin Security ManagementHigh Customer ServiceReview guard incident reportsOversee the security teamFire extinguisher testingOversee and participate in live exercisesResponding to assistance requests from the Clients and Retail ClientsEnsure the safety and Security of the General Public on the propertyAssist General Public with Directions within the buildingSigning in and out ContractorsAssisting the Public with information inquiriesCross training on all roles (Patroller, Operator, etc.)Experience in CCTV monitoring, alarm monitoring, fire panels/systems is considered an assetOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Bilingual (French-English)Strong leadership skillsValid Ontario Security Guard LicenseValid First Aid/CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved vendor)Minimum 3 years security experience required, or 2 years of demonstrated Security Supervision experienceDemonstrates superior customer service skills and able to work independentlyMinimum of a High School DiplomaCollege diplomat considered an assetAbility to walk and stand for extended periodsAuthorized to legally work in CanadaAble to complete ongoing training as directed by the Client Service ManagerCertificate in Management of Aggressive Behavior and/or Use of Force is considered an assetMust be able to obtain reliability clarenceWhy Choose Paladin?
